A strict and responsible rule follower. Exact definition of lawful good. Always makes sure everyone around him is kept in check. Extremely close with Harley, the one guy he lets slip pass his policies. When he got accused for murder, Dexter bawled and begged for them to let Harley live. But rules are rules, and he was executed anyway. Not long after, he got into an argument with TBN and wound up getting hammered to death by him.
