- i do not have a DNI.

-  please do not delete or hide from me designs ive made. i need to keep  an eye on where they are to make sure they have not been stolen. if you  hate me after buying from me, im just kinda gonna say tough luck. theres  no real binding that makes you not hide them from me, but i will be  peeved. 

- please return designs you no longer have interest in  owning if you do not plan on selling. if you do plan on  selling/trading/etc, please ping me. every design i make, i hold to the  standard that theyre only good enough to sell if i feel tempted to keep  them or would offer on them if i saw them for trade. that means i am  more than happy to take them back from you! many of my adopts part from  me painfully and most of my favorite designs ive ever made live in other  people's profiles. 

- if you do not like me, do not delete a  character out of spite. if i find out you decided to not own them  anymore while also not moving them to someone else ill just reupload  them. 

- however i do not condone "stealing back" type behavior,  and when a design is transferred the new owner DOES own it. if you  decide to keep a design, even if we disagree or have bad blood i will  not take it back from you, and the same goes for you being unable to  take back from me. if you do so, your version will be a stolen version  and i will treat and announce it as such. the above is ONLY in the  circumstance that you have relinquished your ownership, leaving the  design ownerless. 

- do not resell designs you got from requests  when i have them open. if you lose interest, return them to me. this  includes trades and art offers- it is unacceptable for a gift. if the  design has added artwork, ask permission to resell/trade. 

- i do  not participate in callouts / bewares. the only exception to this is if i  appear in one- which i ask you PLEASE contact me and i will attempt to  solve it in a civil and mature manner. 

- i do not consent to my works being reuploaded by anyone who does not own the artwork.
with  the exception of when any of my works reach a deacde of age, in which  case they may be archived as web history and published to public web  history archives for the purpose of studying patterns of the era  artistically.

- i do not consent to my works being used to train  neural networks / generative "AI" and any connected uses. my works may  not be used for these purposes in any way, and any of my art work  located in these databanks must be removed, and i must be contacted if  it is found. 

- i do not consent to my works being resold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs)

-  edits made to my art by 3rd parties do not reflect my personal   standings, interests or engagement in any topics, political alignments   or statements

- the interests, personal standings, engagement or political alignments of any reuploaders do not reflect my own. 

- reblogging, favoriting, commenting on or reposting my works is consenting to interaction with me.

- my artistic focus is flexability and i have many art styles and many inspirations.
if  you do not specificy what style you would like when requesting artwork  in a trade, request or comission, i will choose for you. 

- all my art is pngs and jpgs and gifs and therefore unable to consent to anything as they are not sentient. I, as the artist, is the one who controls that consent. Not image files, and not you. My word is final

-  in universe, any characters with suggestive or romantic themes are able   to consent, all my anthros are of human cognition regardless of if  they  are biped or quadruped. i do not publicly draw nsfw but the point  still  stands.

- free lineart "bases" do not need permission to be  edited. The edited  versions may be uploaded anywhere, but please link  back to me. (if on  toyhouse, choose "onsite artist" and put in my tag @  togainunochi. no  not offsite link. all other sites please link back to  this blog.)

- i may refuse to do buisness with you in the future  if you ghost me, or decide against a trade if the hold has been waiting  for you for over a year. im very patient and i am not an angry person- if you are no longer interested, just tell me. do not ghost me, do not block me, do not move accounts to get away from  the interaction. thats weird. just say you changed your mind. its okay.  its literally okay.

- the interests, personal standings,  engagement or political alignments of  anyone interacting with my works  do not reflect my own.

- if i end up putting a design you made /  sold me UFT and you dont beleive  that is fair, please contact me. many  times, ive forgotten what a  design was given to me for if it has been  over a year or 2. if you feel  im handing them out for something more  than they were obtained for, im  not going this malitously and can add  art to their profiles. i am amnesiac and have occassionally been handed  designs by friends who also do not know what they were obtained for.

-  many of my unused designs were handed to me by an old high school  friend who restarted his whole internet existance and gave me his OCs.  im not hoarding them purposfully i just struggle to know what to do with  them.
