Starluck is a happy cheerful soul who travels the galaxy in search of helping others.  He doesn't grant wishes but LUCK.  So if things go wrong, it was just the chance of things. 

He has some dramatic siblings he loves to pester .. but only because he loves them and wishes they were less burdened like him.  He is just naturally lucky and things almost magically seem to go his way. This drives some people to find him annoying. 

He sees drama he flies the other way.. *swoosh*
