"So... Will you accept my offer?"
"The Dealer", an acting member of Ylteria's hidden web of power. As his title suggests, he makes deals with people - whether normal outsiders or even other members within web. If you seem worthy enough for such a deal, you shall get invited to his bureau, the 'Gambling Den'.
His deals, however, are more tricky than they might appear at first glance. And more often than not you might actually put your life on the line - may it be your freedom or your heartbeat itself. One wrong move or word - and your chance will be gone for good. One wrong provocation - and you might lose your life by him - as he is also proficient in murder. Not a single soul will ever notice you going missing, as the system will work extremely fast this deep in the web.
He might grant you an escape you otherwise would have never been able to reach - or he might crush any hopes with the blink of an eye. Will you risk it all and accept his deal?

- His red eyes and white hair are the result of his albinism. His near-sightness is another effect.
- Sometimes, others shorten "Go visit the Dealer in his Gambling Den" to simply "Go to Dean", which has already made some believe that "Dean" would be his real name - it isn't. He hates this situation with a passion and if he hears someone mentioning "Dean" in relation to him, any chances on a positive deal will be lost.
- Usually he is a very patient person and it is hard to anger him. If you, however, somehow manage to enrage him... Nothing will be able to save you.
