Josie is a member under the organization, βίος, as a hacker part of the flower division. Her codename, Evening Primrose, suggests that she is a middle-ranking member in her division. She often opts to shorten her codename to just simply Primrose, despite its contrasting meaning to the original name. Though many people may choose to work for the organization due to a variety of reasons, Josie simply has the desire of obtaining a job to pay her rent for the month.
- Her hair seems to always be in some sort of fashion that includes braids.
- She appears like an ordinary girl at first glance but holds a prosthetic arm and leg.
- At work, she dresses rather professionally, usually in a pencil skirt and a sweater/blazer.
- At home she is rather... loose with her clothing, opting to be in a large shirt of some kind without pants.
- Stickers; They're everywhere on her things. She always has some on hand.
- Loose Clothing; They're much easier to get on in the morning, especially if she's in a rush.
- Pillows; Fuwafuwa, they make it less painful for her to work while sitting, which she does more than standing.
- Alcohol; Her only companion in times of dire need and salvation. The belt on her leg holds a flask, not a gun unsurprisingly.
- Jello; She doesn't enjoy the texture. It's too squishy for her mouth.
- Pants; It takes too much effort for her to put on in the morning and further restricts her movement.
- Bills; Nooo, haha don't shut off her water for the month, you're so sexy haha. She can't go back to no internet.
- Gacha; Everytime a new banner comes out in a game she has to stay overtime if she doesn't want to eat ramen for a whole month.
- Josie is in possession of a variety of sweaters, including a frog themed one.
- The roomba that she has, Titty, was actually one she grew up with and just took with her after she moved out.
- Recently, Josie has been really into the Matrix franchise.
- In her senior year of high school, her prom date ditched her next to the punch table. She hasn't had much dating experience after that.
- She has a modified pet roomba that she has affectionately nicknamed "Titty". The roomba speaks in a robotic voice with basic phrases, and can sometimes be seen brandishing a knife taped to its top side.
- Her left arm and right leg both are artificial as the originals were lost in an accident a few years ago. Strangely enough, the two are entirely custom. She does sometimes swap them out for other activities, i.e. her running leg.
- I don't think there's one Disney movie she hasn't bawled her eyes out watching.
- She still wholeheartedly believes in Santa Claus and visits the mall version every single year without fail. This may or may not also apply to the Easter bunny.
- Though one in her profession may hold it in their interest to hold a small weapon, her leg holster actually just holds a flask for dire emergencies. Her roomba is enough of a threat as is.
- Josie is allergic to seafood.

Upon first glance, Josie is a rather joyful individual. She finds happiness in the littlest things, and always expresses curiosity and excitement over simiplistic things such as interesting fruits, shiny objects, clean shoes and whatnot. That is to say, she is a rather easily satisfied individual. It is rare to find her filled with more sorrow than joy, unless she is wasting away with alcohol. However, this does somewhat easily change as she is rather turbulant with her emotions. She always wears a somewhat nervous smile upon her face whenever she is met with others. Out of a mixture of respect and glee, she does her best to attentatively listen to her higher ups and finds them admirable. She does her best to conform to their needs and skills in order to make the atmosphere more comfortable. It takes a lot for her to lose their faith and trust with them. That being said, Josie was never given quite a moment that caused her to be distrustful to others. She has no reason to believe that one would lie to her, so she reciprocates the same energy. It is difficult for Josie to outright lie, unless the situation is dire enough to call for it.
Josie often likes to accomplish things on her own. Though she does not mind the company of others, she can get rather overwhelmed in certain social situations and prefer to take time off for herself. Josie is incredibly stubborn in her idea of "proving herself" to be capable of tasks, especially after moving out on her own and facing many job rejections due to her disabilities. However, it also allows her to be able to teach herself how to thrive on her own. With this attitude, she may find it a bit difficult or embarrassing at times to ask others for help. Josie has a tendency to worry about how one may perceive her. She tends to pay attention to little details at times, which may result in the girl being easily affected by some situations. Thus, if she meets a situation where emotions come into play, Josie's attitude can be swayed. It is not difficult for the girl to suddenly feel upset, at which she can develop a sudden need for alcohol to remedify her emotions. Likewise, it is also not difficult for her to get overexcited about little objects and events. It seems like Josie's emotions change like the wind. Due to this, Josie can often be viewed as rather particular or strange to others. However, in most cases, the nutjob is rather amusing to watch if one were bored.
Of course, her turbulant emotions are not entiirely all that amusing to watch. It can be rather tiring to be around Josie for too long, as one may find it difficult to keep up with how she is feeling. From one minute to the next, the woman could have gone from estatic to crying her eyes out. It is incredibly difficult for her to repress her feelings, though she does her best. In cases where she does repress her emotions, she finds it easier to disassociate than to solve her problems. Whether that be through blanking out in public, or day drinking, Josie is also incredibly known for her sudden mental disappearance in social situations, if she does choose to participate in them. Often times, on her days off, she will completely dive into video games for hours at a time. Other days, she will be obsorbed in tinkering with machines such as her roomba, whom often faces many of her experimentations. That being said, it is difficult to identify exactly what she is trying to accomplish when it comes down to her tinkering. Her apartment is incredibly cluttered, with little space to move around freely. Though it is quite evident that even Josie struggles getting from room to room, she claims to have a "system" and supposedly knows where everything is. There are just simply some aspects of her that she stubbornly refuses to acknowledge, which can involve the woman in going extreme lengths to prove her point.
It does not take one long to realize that Josie has a negative attitude towards her father. When tinkering with robotics, one can hear her mutter curses against him when she runs into trouble. However, there is oddly never usually a mention of her mom. It seems that Josie hasn't spoken to either of them in a while. However, you do have an itching feeling that if you were to put "Cars 2" on the TV, she would suddenly spill her entire past...
Currently, Josie lives in an incredibly cluttered apartment in the city. She does try her best to work hard in her profession after getting hired by βίος. However, after moving out, her latest troubles have been her difficulties in making friends other than her roomba and toilet. Oh well, at least she seems happy!
