Originally a governmentally made android, programmed to be a happy secretary to a DMV, the long hours of customer service wore down on him and he snapped, turning into the ararchist he is today. He isn't that harmful but he has sort of become the underground posterchild to freedom movements for both humans and machines alike.

His wiring is a bit worn down and so he painted himself in black to cover it up.
