Lael is a powerful ghost cat capable of shifting into a humanoid appearance. It died in a horrible way (starvation and then eaten by dogs) when it was still a young cat.
It is currently in a sealed contract with a reaper angel named Alistair. The symbol of the contract is the tag attached to Lael's collar.

It is a playful, competitive and vengeful white kitten. It's arrogant so it never admits when it's wrong. It's ambiverted. When they doesn't feel like playing, they hides in some dark corner to sleep or shower, or else they lies on Alistair's lap, which is where they feels safe and comfortable.

Lael can be very affectionate, kind and loyal when they creates an emotional bond with someone. Despite everything, Lael is a good kitten.

They are hyper jealous with the current owner. It can be compared to a yandere. It is also very chaotic.

When is was alive · · ·
Lael was born on June 22, 20xx.
Their previous owner, a 32-year-old man, adopted them and both got along very well at first. They received affection and love until one day, due to financial problems, debts and relationship problems, the kitten owner freaked out. His personality has changed dramatically.
The way he treated Lael changed. He barely fed it. Lael adopted the habit of turning the garbage to feed and the owner did not like it, and started to mistreat it. The cat didn't understand what it did wrong, but it knew it "did something" it shouldn't have done, so it stopped.
Gradually it deteriorated and became weaker and weaker, even a little that walking cost its too much energy.
The owner, seeing that his animal was dying, decided to kill it at once. He picked up the little animal and threw the hungry street dogs. Unable to protect itmself, Lael was shattered... That night, on February 2, 20xx, in their 7 months and 12 days old, Lael died.

The cat, after dying full of bitterness, fears and resentments, ended up "coming back to life" in the form of a vengeful spirit or ghost, as you prefer to call it. They came back powerful and full of hate. The reaper who was supposed to take care of completing Lael's death (Alistair Leonhardt) was shocked that they had never failed to take someone to the "other side". Alis tried to stop it, but failed.
Alistair decided that they would allow the cat to roam the world until it was satisfied and finally disappear, but they would watch over it and look after it until that happened.
Lael tormented the mind of the man who killed them for many days to the point of disturbing him and committing suicide.
Although their attacker was dead, the feline's spirit was not yet satisfied. They continue to destroy people who mistreat defenseless animals.
The animals it saved are very grateful to its and see its as an idol and hero. They respect Lael and obey its orders faithfully.

The reaper angel who should have taken Lael to "the other side", but failed when Lael lost self-control and turned into a vengeful spirit.
They have a contract at the moment. If Lael loses control again, he'll know. It is Alistair's obligation to control this.
