While Kami tends to have the purest of intentions for their followers, they find themselves find it difficult to make hard decisions when they receive conflicting prayers. They try to please everyone to the best of their ability by granting prayers and guiding those he can. He believe in peace, kindness, passion, protection, and generosity. 

Kami has one consciousness that can split apart into either a female or a male body. Expressing sensuality is always a good way to reduce the stress of being a God. He is confident in his sexuality more so than his other actions. He believes that the body is important. It doesn't need to be hidden, but it needs to be attended to by the right partner (for him, this is Honrai). 

Kami and Honrai (his counterpart) have a complex relationship as they are on opposite ends of the spectrum for their Godly duties, but they need each other to be effective. Honrai fills Kami with confidence and the will and want to improve. Kami is often not very confident in himself when he lacks Honrai's presence.
