Ex-pirate Captain Anthony, took up the position of Royal Captain for her highness Princess Moonlight Gleam after an incident where she was kidnapped, while he was still a pirate he was entrusted with her delivery, and he returned her home instead. For his actions, the Princess pardoned him, and took him on as her personal ship's Captain.
Weird homoerotic relationship with the Fleet Admiral. Amaranth doesn't seem to trust him, and he's made it clear that he believe when it comes down to it, Anthony will not do his job as he should. Changes his mind after an incident where he and the Princess were kidnapped, by the same pirates that did so the first time.
Ear piece optional, gloves are not. Coat and pants can come off. Horn is cut off post-kidnapping, but not before.
Horn should be cut during positive interactions with Amaranth.
