Hello and welcome to my commission page!
Here you'll find all information in regards to commissions, though if anything seems unclear you can always contact me here on Toyhou.se, via DeviantART or via Discord! Don't feel obliged to commission me if you contact me either, I really don't mind if questions are asked to clear things up for a possible future commission.
Note that while I highly prefer direct contact for the ease of communication during the process, it isn't required. If you wish to keep the commission via DeviantART's or Toyhouse's note, that is completely fine as well.

- You have the right to cancel a commission, with or without reason. In this case, you'll receive a partial refund depending on where in the process I am.
- You have the right to ask for progress reports, but please refrain from asking every single day as that just puts stress on me.
- If you need the piece done by a specific time, you must specify the deadline at the start of the commission.
- A Commission's type cannot be changed after you've paid for it, so make sure you order what it is you want. I will not draw you a Fullbody if what you paid for is a Halfbody.

No. The price I give is the price you get. if you can't pay, then that is fine. Just come back when you do have the money or find a different artist. I've already been told that I'm underselling, and my friends would have my head if I lowered my prices lmao. Remember that when you pay, you're paying for both my time and experience. And I can assure you, I put more time into my commissions than what minimum wage is.
I always try to make sure that the quality of my commissions is as high as I can provide. Often fussing over linework and shadows a fair bit, all to ensure that you get what you paid for. While you can always ask, the answer will always be the same: The price I give you, is the price that you'll get.
Okay so for the ease of reference, lets say in this case that you,the Commissioner, wants a Shaded Fullbody, no background. I'm given the reference by the you, and then we discuss possible poses unless you wish to leave that up to me. Usually it is around here once we've settled on what you want, and what the price will be, that I send you a PayPal invoice once I am ready to start with your commission.
I might ask for a bit of time before you pay, as I like to take payment when I am ready to start with your commission. If I have other commissions beforehand, I often want to wait with taking payment unless I know I'm near done with them.
Then this is how my workflow goes and why I often want direct contact with you:
- Rough Body Sketch: I sketch out the body and pose, but without any smaller details. I show this to you for you to let me know if you like it so far or not. Often in this stage I'll still refine the pose a bit more, and hands are usually circles or simple shapes.
- Detailed Sketch: If you were happy with what I had with the body and pose, I go ahead and begin to add details to your character. Once that is done, I show the sketch to you. At this point the sketch is more refined, hands drawn out, details added, etc. I show the sketch to you, and ask if there's anything you want changed/added/etc. If you give me the go-ahead here, I move on to the next step.
- Lineart: I begin to do the linework. If the linework takes a long time I give you updates every now and again, screenshots of the progress. Once the entire character is lined and completed with line weight, I ask if there's anything you want changed once more. If you are happy with this stage, I move on to the next step.
- Flat Colours: I begin to block out all colours of the character, adding it where they need be. Just like with any other step, I show you progress over time, especially if it is taking longer. I colour-pick from the reference, or if I have to add any new colours, double-check with you that it looks okay. (Example: Some pony-styles don't have hooves drawn out, while I do. So I'd double-check what hoof colour you'd want.) As with every other step, once all colours are added I make sure that you're happy with the result so far, and move on to the next stage.
- Shading: Once flat colours is done, I go over to shading. Like with every other stage, once I've done the shading I show it to you. If you are happy with it then the commission is completed.
This is also the same process but cut short if you've commissioned something such as flat-colour.
In the sketching stage, usually the rougher pose one, I allow for revisions until you are happy with it. Unless you're hitting me with "I don't like those pose" 10 times in a row. Remember to give me constructive feedback, so I know what it is that you want. But beyond the sketching stage I don't accept major revisions. Such as if I've lined a pose where your character is standing, but suddenly you've changed your mind and want them sitting. Changing the entire pose.
If it is something like just changing an arm or a leg to be posed different, usually that is quite alright in the linework stage. But the further in the process of the commission we are, the less I'm willing to do major revisions.
Remember This: Yes you have paid me to draw something for you. However just because you changed your mind midway through, it doesn't mean you can use up my time endlessly. If you've hired workers to change your roof to a red tile, but midway through you change your mind you now want a black tiled roof- It'll cost you more.
In this case I don't charge additionally for revisions. Don't make me have to change that. This is also why I check in with you through the process. When I am about to go from sketching to linework, I specifically ask if you're happy with it so far to make sure you like the pose and everything.
Worst case scenario and I will blacklist you from future commissions.
As of now I don't accept NSFW commissions.
I don't mind if you wish to commission me for a Fetish commission, as long as it is at most suggestive and isn't on the extreme end of things. I won't do anything with bodily fluids, nor anything to do with minors or dressing up as babies. Also I while I can do exaggerated proportions, I won't do it to an extreme.
Feel free to message me and ask! I won't judge a person for what they like, just respect my boundries. If I'm not comfortable drawing something, don't push it. Moreover, don't overshare as I'm not likely to be into the same things as you.
