an antisocial teen with ADHD who lives in an apartment with his older sister, pixie. he spends a lot of time huddled up in his bedroom with his cat, izu, who acts like his emotional support.

at his highschool, he's shy and pretty kept to himself, but has a couple of good friends like andy and sleet, the latter of which he has a crush on. he is prone to being bored and finding little ways to keep himself entertained, which could partially explain his huge imagination that he projects onto the little things he writes or draws.

he was put into a foster care home at only 18 weeks old, where 5-year-old pixie was also staying. over the 4 months that they stayed in that home together, they grew an intense bond, to the point where pixie refused to be given a home without him.

they were adopted together later, when he was 8 months old, but by a shitty mother who did not provide for them in the right ways. this led to pixie taking more care of herself and jesper than their father did.

by the time pixie turned 18, the father had walked out of their lives, but jesper is now being taken care of by his sister, who he now has a very close bond with. often times, he'll feel unsafe going anywhere besides school without her.
