▼COMMERCIAL USE POLICY

Standard Usage: All commissioned artworks are intended for personal, non-commercial use by default. 

Commercial Usage Request: If you wish to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes, an additional cost will apply.

Fee Structure: The fee for commercial use will be determined through discussion. It can be a fixed extra cost or a percentage of sales, based on mutual agreement.

Discussing Commercial Usage: Please contact me to discuss the specifics of your commercial usage requirements and to negotiate the additional cost.

Unauthorized Commercial Use: Any commercial use of commissioned artwork without prior agreement and payment is strictly prohibited.

▼Adoptables and customs

Customs or adoptables also do not include commercial use; if you want to obtain the commercial use of the custom/adoptable you comissioned me, it will apply the same as mentioned above (extra cost will be negotiable in private).

- I need to be always able to view the character ToyHouse profile; if you delete it, make it prive or something that I cannot be able to view it, I will black list you.

- Always credit me for the original design.

- You CANNOT remove design credits from me. If you do this I will black list you. 

- If you delete the profile be any means and make a new profile for the character; YOU MUST GIVE ME CREDITS on this new profile.

- If you trade/resell-sell/gift the character, you need to let me know who's the new owner.

I DO NOT authorize any kind of my work to be used in AI, NFTS or anything related to that; if i find you using any of my work in this stuff you will be absolutely banned from my work and blacklisted for ever.

Don't crop my signature and credit me as Pabiis if you post the artwork/design on any social media or place.

I can post the drawing/design at my social medias or commissions examples. If customer doesn't want the commission to be published I will respect this and I will not post it or make it public in any way.
