The head of Ylteria's general marketing and public affairs.
A rather secretive young man. While appearing open and friendly, he's actually a quite analytical person. Subtle manipulation to make people act in his favour are his speciality.
He prefers to stay out of the spotlight for two reasons. One, he'd rather not gain too much attention from people he couldn't care less about. And two, having a frail immune system could potentially turn into a problem, especially if information about it would get out into public. He doesn't mind it at all though, as he is actually more introverted than he might appear at first.
Later on, when -VERILIA- goes into action, he is obviously still on Ylteria's side. He has to, after all.
And yet... the words they spread... Could there maybe be... more to them...?
Design Details
- He is never seen without his necklace with a glass pendant. Inside the glass are gray and orange particles.
- While he usually wears a monocle, it is simply an accessoire to mimic Dr. Jay Doe's appearance. He can see well without any kind of glasses.
- He has a pin with the Ylterian symbol pinned at his suit jacket.

Trivia
- He actually prefers being called Jamie, as he thinks that "James" sounds a little too old for him. However, almost everyone who calls him by his first name goes with James, out of respect for his position.
- He has a severe fear of the dark. If he stays in a completely dark room for a longer amount of time, he'll end up getting breathing problems and panic attacks.
- When he gets very nervous or stressed, he usually ends up biting his fingernails (in extreme situations even to the point of bleeding).
