He’s a demon who used to not care about people at all and saw everyone else as just unimportant and not worth his time, willing to kill literally anyone so, his parents sent him over to a hospital to see all the sick people and kids. He ends up seeing a sick demon at the hospital and asks carelessly what he’s doing there because he’s a demons and demons don’t really get sick enough to get into the hospital to him but there was a good reason for him to be in the hospital (his health slowly deteriorating) and so this demon didn’t get a very good response and was brushed off. This got him a little interested in the boi and he ends up seeing him again later in the hospital as he just loiters around and they end up talking more and slowly after a while they start opening up to each other and bonding, this demon showing his warmer side towards someone he wasn’t expecting to and they end up getting very close, falling in love slowly but all this time the boi in the hospital is still getting worse so this demon decides to help him in any way he can even if that means carrying him around places or reading to him or anything else. He ends up crying over him while holding his hand while he falls asleep since he knows he’s going to keep getting worse and may end up dying soon. However, he learns there’s a way to save him when he’s about to die and agrees to do it, basically sharing his strength as a demon with him so he can rely on him forever to stay alive. A while later the two end up happily out of the hospital together, this demon wheeling him around to show him things he could never see while stuck in the hospital until he fully recovers and they end up living together. At some point the two decide casually to become boyfriends since they know they already love each other and not too long after they decide they’ll get engaged too lol.

Not long after they officially become an item the two of them deal with this demon but they get through it. Now this demon is a lot more caring (at least for the boy he loves) and can understand peoples feelings more and is not as brutal as he used to be, happy to be softer now.
