💜💔 Nebula's Ownership

When purchasing adopts from me I have the following terms  related to their ownership and while I will not hunt down and watch  everyone to ensure they are followed I ask you respect them regardless.

• ★  Designs purchased from me are thereby the property of the new owner and  they may change the design and use the design however they like to for  their own enjoyment.
• This includes but is not limited to  changes of species, alternate universe versions, closed species  variants, roleplaying characters etc…
• All I ask is that I retain credit for the initial base design.
• ★  I do, however, not want my original art of the design altered and am  happy to provide minor edits for free upon request to the new owner.  (Things such as smaller marking adjustments, color adjustments, eye  colors etc…)
• ★ While I myself am SFW I do  not care if designs I’ve made are used for NSFW roleplay/purposes but I  do ask you do not tag me in explicit NSFW and understand that depending  on the type of content I may not sell designs to you in the future.  What you do with your characters in your private spaces are none of my  business.
• ★ Resale of the design may not  exceed the original purchase price unless applying the cost of outside  purchases (such as YCHs, commissions etc…)
• ★  I do not keep detailed tabs on my designs but if you’d like to post  them to Toyhouse you can credit me there using my username which is  just: Rai
