he's a rough-n-tough dog who looks pretty beat up, donning scars and a torn ear full of stories. he's a hopeless romantic so he spends most of his time flirting with everyone- yes, everyone- at casinos. he'll saunter up to you and ask for a dance (he's a master of the salsa and many other dances), whisking you onto the dancefloor and stealing a kiss when nobody's looking. he's quite charming; he'll have you walking home in a daze after a night of dancing and fluttering kisses, hearts in your eyes as you're totally oblivious to the fact that he's stolen your wallet. he's a member of lampiar (more info to come on that). luci is a magician, but not one of those cheap party magicians. he uses his magic to cheat, rascal his way out of sticky situations, and entertain mako. his favorite pastimes are going out shopping with his family, reading bedtime stories to mako, and playing at the casino. wip.
