Emrys is a famous pirate, and he’s definitely got the confidence to show he is someone important! And to show his pirate-ness even more, he’s even got the pirate talk down! Due to this, he’s seen as someone a bit crazy, though still known as a good man. Emrys is kind towards strangers they meet, and is known to be quite selfless. He offers a hand whenever he can, even when Emrys’ skills might not help the situation much.

But, despite being selfless, Emrys is quite arrogant, complimenting himself whenever he sees the situation right. He enjoys bragging about his talent, bragging about all his dangerous adventures on the seven seas. He’s quite a good storyteller, though the stories he tells are fiction. Emrys is hesitant to share any stories about his actual past.

Whilst speaking, he tends to give the person he’s speaking to a term of endearment or nickname which he sticks to, like “sweetheart” or “pal”. Never actually referring to people by their real name most of the time, he tends to forget what their real names actually are. He laughs this off whenever this comes up, making light of errors he makes. Emrys is one to cope with nervousness with laughter, which makes him look bad in certain situations.

They thrive with people, and are never seen alone. He finds it hard to focus on solo tasks without someone nearby, and hates the sound of silence. Emrys is quite academically intelligent, doing well in school. They, however, struggle with emotional intelligence. They struggle to figure out how others are feeling, and aren't sure how to comfort them. Which means, sometimes he will offer help to someone who really doesn't want it and end up causing conflict. He's also not very good at solving conflict himself, having a tendency to lash out when things get too much. Emrys also struggles with self-awareness, not knowing his skills and weaknesses, sometimes saying he’s good at some things when he’s not and vice versa. He also struggles to take criticism, being annoyed when criticised. To anyone he dislikes, he seems to patronise them, acting like they were a child.

He speaks at a fast pace, sometimes hard to understand his words. They are also polite and well-mannered to those they respect, tending to hang around those people a lot more than strangers. He has a lot of trust in them, which only seems to grow when he gets to know them more.

And, he wouldn’t steal your gold, if you’re wondering. He’d only do that if you were on a pirate ship.
