Lluvia longed to be up in the clouds most of her life, she never felt as connected to her nature side like her mother.  She mastered becoming one with the clouds and now lives in an ascended cosmic state in the atmosphere. Little of her former self remains and time is not a thought to her anymore.   She is no longer troubled by anything her family is up to for generations below on the ground. Its all fleeting and beyond her anymore.

Size:   She can appear bigger or smaller at will, even giant sized in the sky (Mufasa style) 

Fur Type:  Very fluffy and cloudy , she          has cloud 'stripes' , cloud 'mane' the back legs are water, that's wet

Tail:Clouds that float off 

Eyes:Glowing bright white light

Turning into Liquid:

   lluvia can become a water like state if she has too.  Her back legs are always water. She sometimes gains a more aquatic form in sea water. She likes to just be rain though, staying off the ground.

Cloud Growth:

She never runs out of clouds. Unlimited amount of spawning.
