Ferns TOS (Terms of Service)

All designs I own follow these TOS, no exceptions.
•All my creations must be credited back to me, whether it’s on Toyhouse, Meta, Furaffinity, Bluesky, ETC.
• Nobody can create a TOS on any of my designs except for me, there is no “Only back to me” or whatever allowed.
• Once you own my design you are absolutely allowed to make changes!
• No clones, “children” or copies are allowed of my designs.
• Nobody can be blacklisted from my designs unless it is me blacklisting them.
• Absolutely zero up-sales.
• Bases of any kind cannot be used to add worth unless you paid someone else to fill the base.
• You cannot go after someone if they have a similar design to the one I created, instead contact me and we can discuss further.
•Changing credits from me to someone else results in an immediate blacklist, I will contact you before I take any other action incase it was an accident or you were mislead.
