Victor is very interested in the world around him. He's easily excitable and ready to find adventure wherever he goes. He likes to experience new things so he can be a bit reckless at times, but he trusts his friends to have his back when he needs them.
Victor was built at Zaese Corp to restart their testing program on robots (which had been banned years before).
Myra found him in a shady research facility and decided to take him in as a detective in training at DeTech (a top of the line detective agency, working with cases with robots). Unlike most people around the detective agency, Myra refers to him as 'Victor', rather than C.T. 6.
Zaese Corp had kept him as a living test subject for various nanobot executed programs and upgrades for A.I. At Zaese, they view robots as objects, so he’s used to being treated like he has no value. It’s very intense for him at first when Myra consistently treats him politely. He also gets overwhelmed by too much physical contact.
Victor had never seen the outside world before he met Myra, so he is very curious about meeting people and going places. He’s surprisingly good at understanding people, as all his life, other people are really all he’s had to look at; so he’s not naive by any means. His instinct is to trust people, but he does so cautiously, understanding a situation from an unbiased point of view. He is generally polite, although he can be super sarcastic, which has often gotten him into seriously bad situations with the city’s gangsters. Since he hasn’t had any real freedom in his life, he tends to be reckless and bold in his choices.
