ShineClan
ShineClan is the largest clan in existence, both in the size of its territory and population. It was under the control of the tyrant Hailstar for many moons. During her reign, the clan's warriors were bitter and starved due to lack of prey.
The war with FeatherClan has recently ended. Fallingstar is trying to repair clan relations and change ShineClan's ways of life.
The clan territory is mostly barren land covered in rocks and straggly plants. There isn't much prey to be found. ShineClan cats tend to have fur in monochromatic colors so as to blend in with the gray landscape.
Due to the clan's size, it's subdivided into groups, each with its own "commanders". The role of commander is informal and may change depending on situation or even time of day. The overall attitude of the clan is militaristic.
War and uncontrolled population growth have led to a lack of mentors for the clan's apprentices. Most warriors have mentored more than one apprentice, sometimes even at the same time.
