This folder contains all the adoptables/chatacters I have to offer or make.

TOS

• You may not use and/or edit an adoptable that you do not own. This includes usage as social media icons, roleplay faceclaims, etc.
• Adoptables are solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may display the art you receive on social media, print for non-promotional use, etc.
• Please credit me when appropriate.
• Please do not resell any adoptable for more than what they were sold for. If purchased art is added to the character, you are more than welcome to added to the price.
• You may edit the artwork as you like.
• You may not resell my artwork unless this has been agreed upon beforehand. This includes digital sale of the artwork (such as stock images, game-making resources, etc.), or physical sale of the artwork as merchandise (prints, stickers, etc.)
• Holds will only remain on a character for a max of 2 weeks unless otherwise communicated before hand. If no response or update is given, hold will be removed.
  Note: Artwork attached to a character design may be transferred along with any sales of the character 
• I retain the right to use any artwork in a portfolio, or as commission samples, but will not claim ownership over characters depicted.
• The following are not allowed:
  • Do not claim to have drawn the artwork, or give people the impression that you did.
  • Do not use my artwork to promote bigotry and/or hate speech. This includes, but is not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, and so on.
  • Associating my art with any blockchain is strictly not allowed. This includes minting any part of my artworks as NFTs and/or using my art to promote blockchain-related activities.
  • My artwork is not to be used as data sets for training neural networks to generate images.
