Vantallion OCs

Vantallion is a Story based on an old Pokemon RP I had with a friend, that's why the four Main characters look like Gym Leaders of Pokemon BW/XY. After I and my friend lost contact I wanted to continue this AU in my own way an my own OCs, but if I changed the designs of Blue, Red, Green and Citros they wouldn't have felt like the characters I loved to RP with so I decided to keep let them look like the Stration Trio and Clemont. All the other Characters are my OCs.

Nowadays Vantallion has nothing to do with Pokemon anymore and is an own little Universe. 

The main story for now plays on a rhombus shaped continent called Roi, which is surrounded by a deadly black sea made out of Ink. Long ago it got created by the two gods Vantallia and Carolus who also created humans later on. These humans were created with souls based on a color (blue, green, yellow or red) who inherited different abilities.  They mere meant to live together in harmony and help each other out with the different abilities they got gifted to, but after centuries the harmony split apart through Xenophobia, racism and power hungry people.

5 States were build up where the different Roinians would live.

Dioré, a self centered nationalistic Xenophobic state  stucked in the middle age, the land where  the people with blue souls live. 

Alkava, a desert steppe with extreme heat. Everyone is welcomed is here, but if you aren't born (part) Alkavian you will have struggle to survive the weather conditions. Its the place where the people of the red soul live. 

Palaice, a huge capitalistic metropolis with the hugest military  force available. The society is very strict and rarely welcomes something new if they don't get a benefit  out of it. It's the place of the people with green souls. 

Emblitzia is a broken little state with no laws due to failure of the past government. This state is under contract with Palaice, who is robbing them out even more and they can't do anything against it. It's the place where the people with yellow souls live. 

In the center is a white city-state where the representatives, called Admins, of every state meet to discuss and hold up the peace in Roi.

Even tho all of this sounds a bit serious. Most of my OCs are just dumbasses and not meant to be taken serious.
