Inactive characters

A collection of characters that I no longer use or don't plan to use for the most part, but at the same time I don't want to adopt any of them out. I don't have any interest in receiving art of these characters (Either for art trades, commissions, or otherwise), however I will allow others to use most of these characters within some given guidelines, so please read any rules in their descriptions first.

Main character refs are made using bases I've drawn, though most of them come with old original art I've done as well, so check their galleries if you're interested.
