These designs come with no strings attached. You can change the design however you like. You can put it in your story! Please see Use of Design and Art for more info.
It is your responsibility to worry about your design's uniqueness.
Once a design is sold I am no longer responsible for it.
I reserve the right to explore design elements and gimmicks again in future art. Sometimes creatures will look similar. In the same vein, these creatures are drawn in my style and are bound to have similar faces, color schemes, body types, recurring features, stories, traits, dialogue, etc.
I will not knowingly sell adopts into some situations, including (but not limited to) hate, bigotry, incest, kids in questionable situations, etc. Due to my inability to control said content once the adopt leaves my care.
Considerations
Buyers Beware
Art thieves and copycats are out there, share your work with caution. I cannot promise that art/adopts will not be stolen from my gallery and will only post completed work upon the buyer's request. Sometimes I automatically delete things such as adopts/WIPS/auction previews after they sell, sometimes I don't. I'm happy to delete them by request for your comfort. You're welcome to post your commission wherever with credit back to me.
Gallery Cleaning
I often eventually delete adoptables from my gallery to prevent theft (though not always). You're welcome to post the finished product to your own gallery if you'd like to have it on display! I may leave it posted upon request- though this is not promised. I tend to prefer to fill my galleries/social media with only my own creative content.

By sending payment, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Credit for TOS
TOS adopts template/verbatim inspired/borrowed from GreekCeltic. (It’s a good solid TOS for that and felt like it needed to be established just on adopts in general.)

Inspirations
I just draw what I'm really in the mood for and it comes in a variety of packages from fantasy to science fiction and so on. Sometimes I get in a swing of drawing one line of things related to the previous for a while until I run out of juice and proceed onto the next. Sometimes if my doodles don't amount to anything I try to find ways to see what other uses I can make out of the work and try to sell it.
I also take a lot of inspiration from animals, media, stories or even just seeing what's on the radar for popularity then I attempt to make my own spin or mark on it. Sometimes it works or doesn't or I just simply join in on the fun because these are trying times. Especially for artists. There's nothing wrong with inspired by someone/something either. My passions are mostly in the...not really. I just draw whatever tickles my fancy. I'm pretty open to a lot of things on trying out if I latch onto it anyways. Suggestions are fine and all, but they can kind of come off requesty territory. I'd maybe refrain more or less as I don't want to totally invest too much into something that ultimately ends up being a request and it doesn't sell. I dunno how to word that better. Basically let me do me, really.

Payment/Refunds
Payments must be made through Paypal in advance. Once payment is received, I'll send a copy of the large un-watermarked image to your email. No refunds, sorry folks!
Use of Design and Art
You can use the design any way you like. You may put it in a story you intend to publish, commission more art of it, or just enjoy it in general. You don't have to credit me.
I do not sell to businesses. These designs are meant for individuals who are looking for a new character to develop and enjoy the fruits of with no strings attached. Anything else would go against the spirit of the adoptable.
You may NOT sell the specific art that came with your adoptable. You can do what you like with the design, but I retain the rights to the art. The art is not intended for commercial use.
My Rights as the Artist
Post the art in my gallery with a copyright disclaimer either on the image or in the image description.
Use the image as an example for future commissions.
Remove the image from my gallery or computer without giving notice. Save your art so you don't lose it!
I reserve rights to the use of the image, to do with it as I please. I don't claim ownership of your OC. (This is for things like using it in my portfolio, posting it online, etc). I won't sell prints of your OC.
I reserve the right to say no.

Ursulagon $70
[ kaiju ]
A giant creature lurking in the deep waters of the vast oceans that surfaces when questing ships pass by. Beware of the Ursulagon for it's tentacles are not the only things to worry about. It's skull like face can snap through hulls and crush ducks with but a flex of it's jaws. This terrible creature wreaks havoc when it is at it's worst of moods.

A ferocious colossal beast that uses it's brute strength to tear through the rocky and sandy slopes on the lands of Mars. This terrifying creature prowls the open lands without a care and unafraid of any challengers to come their way. He likes to rovers around for sport.

One of the closest planets to the sun, Venus is a beautiful dragon that loves to show off it's flames in a vast array of ritualistic dances. Some say these dances are meant to challenge the sun or perhaps a means to impress the star instead.
