Mother
Oliver made Wynn happier than anything and gave her a place to start rebuilding her feelings of family and unconditional love.
too young to remember her but misses her from the way Red talks about her
adopted son after his mother (Red’s sister) passed with no one else to take care of him
Twins
Wynn and Red had a very tough childhood. When they were younger Red thought they were so much more emotionally mature than Wynn but as he got older he realized that he was simply training himself to bottle it up. When Oliver was born he pushed himself further away, but when Wynn passed he realized how much duller his world seemed to become. With Oliver in his care he began to realize some of the strides Wynn had made for herself and vowed to follow in her footsteps, letting her become his anchor in trying times.
Twins
As youths Wynn and Red never got along well but tolerated each other enough. Between abusive parents, severe depression, and emotionally disconnected extended family, it usually felt like they had no one to talk to except each other, but even then it can be hard to find something to say. As adults she was able to reflect on and find herself. She never wanted to drop the responsibility of being a parent on Red, especially when he seemed to distance himself after Oliver's birth, but if she could see him now it would bring her to tears to see the ways that he has grown as a person because of Oliver.
Twin
Haiden has a lot of patience for Hanna and the ways that they seem to bounce off the wall or express themselves strongly. They are very close as siblings but Haiden in particular is not very good at admitting anxieties to themselves, much less their closest family member. Haiden gets a lot of comfort from Hanna's outlook on life but feels like they do Hanna a disservice in times of duress, pushing themselves further away,
Twin
Hanna understands a lot of why Haiden acts the way they do but fundamentally they are different people and are learning to accept that. Their parents left them when they were young and they both got closer and bonded much more tightly than some siblings and also started keeping parts of themselves locked away without realizing. Hanna is a bit more aware of and in control of this, but at the end of the day they're still a teen figuring themselves out.
