Camille's opinion of Cairo relies on whether or not he has been subbed out by Cairo in the last 24 hours. Being that the octoling was hired by CMYK as a substitute for Camille when his anger got the better of him, the pair often butt heads in the league. At the sharehouse, however, Cairo and Camille typically get along.
Despite being a sub for CMYK, and living in the share house with the rest of the team, Makoto and Cairo have very little interaction outside of work. Cairo's cold and dismissive personality has been a source of many tears for Makoto, as he is not afraid to blatantly call the octoling out on his wrongdoings. Makoto is constantly attempting to convince Cairo to go roller-skating with him, to little success.
Nitro doesn't know very much about Syo, aside from that the inkling seems to have a very good idea of where most of the good cars are. He super lowkey wants to poke Syo's antennae, but has been warned that doing so will cause catastrophic damage. Damages that Nitro has zero interest in paying for.
Due to their erratic schedules, the two almost never cross paths. Syo begrudgingly enjoys hearing about Nitro's antics, and keeps tabs on Nitro at Nii-chan's request when the octoling disappears to do recon jobs.
Nitro enjoys Rider's company, especially when it comes to him, Kenji, and the robot racing around the city to pass the time. He actively stalls for time when Rider asks if he can come with him on missions to steal cars, as Nitro believes that Rider does not have the capabilities of being stealthy and efficient like he is.
RIder loves Nitro and appreciates that Nitro is one of the few people that is willing to race him over and over. Rider one day would like to go on an espionage mission with Nitro because he makes it sound so cool, but Rider needs to learn how to be quiet first.
Nitro doesn't really talk to Rin much, save the few instances where she has backed him up on a mission. He appreciates her efficiency and ruthlessness, but doesn't have interest in getting close to her. Rin's flirtatious advances often go over Nitro's head.
Rin doesn't mind Nitro, but the two are not very close. Sometimes they'll go on jobs together and they work together fine.
Syo feels that Hera is on the same wavelength as him and enjoys her company. There is sometimes tension between the pair when they debate who is the better gang member, but these are often resolved quickly and consequently forgotten.
Hera is the only person in the gang who was direct enough to tell Rider that she doesn't want him around. Therefore, Hera is the one person that Rider actively avoids. He stays a very precisely calculated 2 metres away from her at any given time.
Kenji loves his wife and believes she is the coolest, sexiest, smartest, classiest woman on the planet. He says that he won her heart through his impeccable driving skills, but those who know Kenji treat that claim with skepticism. While he does enjoy stirring his wife up, he would take a bullet for her and is quick to apologise for his misbehaviour when she banishes him to the lounge. Their relationship when they are alone is a lot different relative to when they are with the rest of the group. In terms of the gang, Kenji is Hera's bodyguard, but they often argue about this fact when actual danger is afoot.
Syo and Bradley are best friends. The pair met online, primarily communicating through online chat rooms before meeting in person. They share a mutual love of all things alien and space-related, and Bradley is the only person Syo trusts enough to tinker with his cyberware. After a few cyberware related incidents, Brad was the one who concepted Syo's ability stabilisers in the form of antennae.
Syo adores Ramsey and the feeling is entirely mutual. They work together 24/7 at the gang and are constantly gossiping about the other members. Syo is happy to work around Ramsey's narcolepsy, often doing her work in tandem with his so they don't fall behind.
Initially meeting when Ramsey had to pay back a debt, Persephone is typically very rude to those who owe her but treated Ramsey differently due to her infatuation. She's very protective of Ramsey on all counts and will tell people to piss off if they try to wake Ramsey when she's sleeping. She always takes Ramsey with her when she's working, insisting that she works best when she has her favourite audience.
Rider and Ramsey often interact as Ramsey performs routine maintenance on his hardware and software. Because of this, Ramsey knows literally everything about Rider and his thought processes, and is the one to egg him on to pursue a relationship with Takeshi.
After Ramsey and Syo stole a combat robot from Militech Headquarters, Syo modified the android's artificial intelligence to emulate human behaviour. There were many failed prototypes (sometimes shot and sometimes just rebooted) before Q. Syo unintentionally created Q to be very similar to his likeness, both physically and in personality. He had intended on releasing the robot into the world to do its own thing and study the information Q took in but unfortunately became quite attached to his creation. Syo enjoys having someone on his intellectual level and took it upon himself to teach Q how to communicate with organic lifeforms. Q is the only person Syo is comfortable properly expressing himself around.
Pachinko does not appreciate Q interfering with her gambling, especially when he announces to the room how she is cheating. He is not invited to gang game night, much to the despair of Ramsey.
Rider loves Q and is delighted by his addition to the gang, believing they are destined to be robot best friends forever. He loves it when Q entertains his offer to go to the scrapyard together and they often find the best scrap when working together. Rider gives Q human relationship advice, and teaches Q how not to approach Syo in an affectionate manner.
