Freebies that I am tentative on and want to make sure they go to a good home. To get them, you can choose to either Write for them or Draw them, specific rules below:

Write to Adopt: NO BIOGRAPHIES; they are super easy to bullshit, sorry. What I want instead is either an explanation of what you want the character for, or a short story about the character. Nothing fancy, just something that shows effort. I won't give a word or sentence count requirement, but the more details you provide the more likely I'll give you the character. Writings are NOT FCFS, and you can ask for 24 hours to finish writing something before I make my decision.

I will not give characters to new/blank accounts, accounts with hidden characters/character counts, users on my blacklist, users who have put no effort into their characters, and mass claimers. Having a ton of characters does not automatically disqualify you, as long as your characters are clearly loved and taken care of.

Draw to Adopt: Minimum drawing of a colored halfbody. To adopt them, just say you wish to draw them, and I'll put them on hold for two weeks for you. Draw to Adopt is unofficially FCFS, unless of course you are a user that falls under my list of people I don't give freebies to, listed in the paragraph above. Do not just submit art of the character, you must get confirmation first.

There is no limit on how many characters you can try to Write for, but I will only hold one Draw to Adopt for you at a time.
