A group of characters in a slightly dystopian cyberpunk-esque future

With a government that doesn't care for it's people, many turn to crime, but none do as well as the elusive Firecraker and his violent lackeys. On the other side, Damon used to work alone, but finding a group of teenagers escaping from a government experimentation lab changed that, and now he has to teach them how to properly rob a bank, or die trying. It's a shame that government spy on his tail is cute.
