- My designs are nonrefundable.
- Once payments have been received, they will not be reimbursed for any reason.
- If you would like to transfer the design back to me after purchase, you may.
- You may also resell, however, please see the following rule for reselling restrictions.
- Reselling Rules
- If you are obtaining my design with the intention of selling it, please refrain so that someone who actually wants it can have it.
- If you would like to resell it later on, please do not resell the design for more than you paid. It is extremely disrespectful.
- Commercial & Personal Use
- Proper credit must be given and no disrespect towards me or my design may be exhibited.
- Designs may be used for both personal and commercial purposes as long as the previous statement is followed.
- Please do not steal, trace, or use my designs as references for your own.
- Use common sense. Don't be disrespectful.
- Alterations
- Once I have transferred the design to you, it is yours.
- You may change anything about the character, including palette, clothes, gender, species, etc.
- Timeline
- The design will be transferred after all payments have been received.
- Deadlines may apply, otherwise please aim to generically complete your offer within 2 months.
- Extensions may be offered. However, repeated failure to meet deadlines may result in losing the design (regardless of how much you have completed).
- Please be aware:
- I can deny you for any reason I feel necessary, even after you’ve started payments (though this is very unlikely without reason).
- If you offer character art, I will choose the characters you draw (or provide you with a list of character choices).
- I may use similar design elements and traits in other designs as well.
- I expect you to be kind to other people who offer on my designs.
- Failure to follow these policies will result in the prevention of receiving more designs from me as well as a potential block/ban.
