Hearttale

An AU inspired by a ship name (Heart1ys x Cloudtale), a technical rework of my first Undertale AU from 2016.

An Undertale where The Underground is pink and happy! And only happy. SOULs are called HEARTs and The Underground became obsessed with collecting them so they decorated The Underground with them. Fully obsessed monsters are only dressed in shades of Pink, they are also very violent as their goal is to kill the human.

The Ruins:

Monsters in the Ruin are not obsessed with HEARTs because they were closed off from the rest of The Underground before they could be. Monsters that live in The Ruin are very pacifist and won't try to kill you. They will battle with you, however, but this only if you go up to them and ask to.

Endings:

Pacifist: Where you convince everyone that being happy all the time is not the way to go.

Neutral: Where you only convince a small amount of people, OR, put a small amount in endless sadness instead.

Genocide (AKA, The Heartbreaker Ending): Instead of convincing everyone being happy all the time isn't good, you manipulate them to be in eternal sadness instead.
