Hello! Welcome to my Adopt T.O.S! Please read all of it thoroughly before you consider buying an adopt from me! Thank you~

 || When buying/selling/owning an Adopt ||

(owning)

1.) You may tweak the adopts' design if so desired

 -please approach/remind me if you're doing so, you MUST allow me to decide whether or not the tweaked design is still recognizable from the original

 2.) You may co-own the adopt

 -no need to remind me, just make sure the person you're co-owning the adopt with is trustworthy

3.) You are not allowed to make a character/adopt that is heavily referenced off of the design of the adopt

4.) You may change the adopts' gender

5.) Strictly do NOT trace/copy/repost/claim the artwork itself

(reselling/trading)

1.) You may resell an adopt, only if you've had them for atleast 2 weeks, or they have more than 1 artwork!

-you must remind me if you're reselling an adopt

2.) You may resell them with the same amount of AC/USD

-or higher, only IF they have extra artworks

3.) You MUST credit me as the original creator/maker/designer of the adopt

 -it would be much more appreciated with a link! ^^

4.) You are not allowed to sell my adopts with other forms of currencies, from their original currencies(USD, DA pts, etc.) UNLESS you actually ask me!

-eg: you originally bought them with real currency, you CANNOT sell them off with DA pts, or AC by then

 5.) You are allowed to trade the adopt with another character that has the same amount/quality as the adopt, this may depend on the current owner!

(bidding)

1.) Reading my T.O.S before bidding is a must

2.) If you're considering on bidding/already had bidded on my adopts, you are automatically agreeing on my T.O.S

 3.) I will consider you backing out of bidding, only if it's reasonable

4.) Password for bids: ☕

5.) I cannot accept the bids if you haven't read my T.O.S + adding the password!!
