Magic Sink

Magic Sink

The world spans a wide range of places and cultures, from bustling cities to quiet forest villages to tundra wilderness. Its inhabitants are as diverse as its landscapes, and the magic permeating it makes for some truly unique creatures.

Magic is everywhere, but only trained magicians really know how to use it. The long training and unsure success of such a career put most off of pursuing it themself, but magicians are sought-after professionals in many areas of life, whether it's the village witch or your neighbourhood transmutator for hire.

Technology levels vary, with the big cities generally being very high-tech, while the more rural areas rely more heavily on traditional technologies, and magic.

Pishposh and the Mistwalker

When the young witch Aava summons her familiar, nothing goes as planned.

As the world is diverse, so are its inhabitants. It's never wrong to assume the creature you have just met possesses intelligence at least equal to your own. Whether furry or scaly, four-legged, two-legged or winged - everyone makes for a potential new friend, or foe. While birds of a feather tend to flock together even here, it's not uncommon for vastly different creatures to work together, become friends, and even fall in love.
