The Glaring is a high fantasy project centered around three cat colonies living in a feline haven known as the Valley.

Retainer	tangle - gray-and-white tabby molly with a kinked tail.
Bards	mottlespot - gray tom covered in patches of different shades; black spot around left eye.
	foxhop - pretty ginger-and-white tabby molly with golden eyes.
	nuthatch - long-haired, black-and-white bicolor tom with a white face and fur that hangs down over his eyes.
Medics	watcher - large, long-haired brown-and-white tabby tom with one eye.
	juniors lemonweed - lanky, off-white tom with cream patches and blue eyes. hard-of-hearing.
Rangers	lioness - brown tabby molly with white front paws and an unusual tuft of dark fur at the tip of her tail.
	heavystep - tuxedo tom with a broken tail.
	skunk - black tom with a white blaze above his pink nose.
	redoak - dark ginger tom with a torn ear.
	bumblebee - pretty ginger molly with dark stripes.
Runners	wing - brown tabby molly with three legs.
	rabbittail - small white tom with ginger tabby splotches, dark golden eyes, and a small rabbit-like tail.
Sentries	thistle - massive dark brown tabby tom with spiky fur running down his back.
	hollyhock - large, stocky tortoiseshell molly with tattered ears.
	milktooth - white tom with black patches.
	warbler - dilute tortoiseshell molly. blind.
	juniors goose - black tom with yellow eyes and scraggly fur.
Peltsmiths	sugarbird - white molly with long fur and blue eyes. deaf.
	tick - dark brown classic tabby tom with a single white ear tip.
	juniors duck - calico molly with green eyes, tall ears, and a long tail.
Den-wrights Denwrights	gophernose - plump, cream tom with white chest, paws, and muzzle.
	flycatcher - brown tabby alley with scruffy fur on their head and a speckled chest.
	lightfoot - dilute tabico molly with white underside. currently on leave as a queen.
Kittens	tag - black molly with white locket and front paws.
	cloudy - light gray molly with white chin, chest, and paws.
	wild - ginger tabby tom with white front paws and a bushy tail.

Captain	tyto - cream tabby molly with piercing yellow eyes and a distinct pale face.
Retainer	rimrock - mostly black tortoiseshell molly.
Medics	limestone - white tom with blue eyes. deaf.
Rangers	egg - off-white tom with one blue and one yellow eye. deaf in one ear on the side of his blue eye.
