TOS for adopts: You can use them however you like after obtaining them, including commercially. Redesigns/reselling/retrading are allowed. Basically, they're all yours! Just please don't credit the original design as your own.

I'm willing to take art for pretty much any design here. Just know that I don't value art offers purely monetarily. So I may seek more/less art than you'd normally value at $10.
