A modern day moment in the kingdom of Helgard. Children with powers have been discovered to exist for years, but hadn't be discovered before due to being killed or abandoned by their families for years. Helgard, upon this discovery, made a deal with the people of the area the children were to give them these children, and they will be placed into special shelters to be cared for.

For the most part, these powers do not manifest until around age seven, but there have been recorded cases of manifestations at a later age. Children usually only have one or two abilities, though the possiblity of some having more is possible, though rare, is what was first thought.

Instead, it turns out that the children can have more then ability that goes around their main ability. For example, if one can read minds, it's highly possible they could be telepathic and possibly capaple of using telekenisis as well. It is also possible for them to have completely different powers too.

Since these powers are kind of like magic, magic users have been assigned with teaching those they can to master their power.
