Just a little storyline thingy

The city is a massive place somewhere that exists in an undescripable place in an empty dimension. You can go to the city from any place as long as you know how to.  

The city is occupied by any and every kind of creature, although it's main residents tend to be angels, demons, humans and other humanoid creatures.

It is a vacation place for some, and for some beings the only place they can be at. The city has its own rules, as no laws of any other existing place can apply to it since reality is a little wonky over there.
