"The deities of the veil are a curious bunch. Neither fae nor human, they serve as guardians to the worlds in which they are connected to. Mortals seldom enter the veil on their own, aside from the pastures in which they dream. The veil itself is infinite, and nonexistent, all at once. Unlike the realm of the fae and the world of the living, it exists everywhere and nowhere all at once. So long as someone, somewhere, is sleeping, the veil will stay intact - untouchable and undetectable by most living beings. Those mortals who protect the veil are known as Dreamscapers, or Architects of Sleep. Purifying the veil, maintaining balance, and doing errands for the deities who live in the veil are all common duties that befall those who are chosen for this task."

"The stories and characters here are loosely connected. They may hold higher powers or appear in other universes as different characters. Such is the way of the veil. Even if they are not part of the Dreamscaper story, they will be here for ease of access. Many have appeared to me in dreams - others have not."

Misc: I dream log pretty often, and there's many ideas and characters that come to me when I dream. Making a folder for them and the world they live in seemed pretty natural to me! Although many of these dream-made characters are in this folder, some are not. Anyone who is a dream character should be tagged as such!
