Notice: This Terms of Service applies to agreements made in or after the year of 2024. Minor changes, such as edits to make wording clearer or adding in small rules might be added. No major changes will be made to this.

If you have (or are planning to) received/bought a concept from me, these are the rules you can reference. If you received the species before 2024, please refer to the old agreement as changes made to this one don't apply to you.

Things you can do with the species: 

• Edit the species in all aspects, including things like:
  • Adding/removing traits and features.
  • Creating "spin-offs" and/or sub-species and crossbreeds.*
• Create adoptables and make customs.
• Give the right to others to make and sell the species. (Guest Artists, Mods, etc)
• Create characters of the species for yourself.
• Run a community with the species; open, semi-open, or closed.
• Sell the right for others to make their own (MYO - Make your own)
• Add lore, world building, and history to the species.

• Credit for original creation must be given to me in an easy to find location. (Doesn't have to be the landing page, an informational page or a credit page)
• Allow me limit design rights. The limits can be set by the new owner, then sent to me for review so I can agree to them.**
• New owner must be at least 18 years old at time of purchase.
• If a concept was received for free or in trade; you may not sell this concept to someone else.

• Extra agreements can be made for me to make requested references and trait sheets.***
• The request to remove my (Hackwolfin's) limit design rights. This is ideal if you wish for me to NOT make any designs outside of an agreed upon number of designs for my personal use only. You will need to message me so we can chat about this.
• You can resell the concept to someone else after a 3 month cool down. The new owner of the species must read these terms and agree to them.
• Ask for a new agreement to be written and used instead of this one. This request must be made before concept is paid for.

*Crossbreed concept, planning, and agreements do not involve me and you do not need to contact me when creating them with another species you own or someone else owns.

**I mostly just want to get brain juices out. Limit me as much or as little as you like. This limit doesn't need to be set right away and can be set once you are ready.

***I'll need clear guidelines to what you want and might ask for more payment. This can all be talked out in DMs before or after purchase. If I require more funds to do the work, it can be paid for at a later date.
You may take your time to come up with what sheets you need made and contact me at a later date.

What it says on the tin o7 Human design

First off, I want to learn both overall. It's more of which one do I focus on for the new year. So I'll list of the reasons I want to learn both.

Coding:

- Useful for TH and species communities

- I want to make my own art site. Why are all the new art sites just repackaged Twitter OTL

Blender:

- Feels like a useful skill to have with how everything is going with art in general.

- I can pretend to make games lol

- fun???

I'm currently leaning towards Coding, because man, even if I just end up making a portfolio site for my friends and I, I want that. Also, I have a few friends that know coding and can led me in the right direction. Blender I would be going into fairly blind.

Regardless of votes, the decision will still be mine overall, but I'm curious what people want to see.
