Magic deliverers/givers of the world. The dragons specific magic race draws their power from the dragon. By lending their magic to human races, the dragons power grows.

If a dragon dies, it's given magic race loses their magic, to be drawn back into the dragons body. The given dragon uses its full returned power in order to slowly regenerate and heal.
