The oldest province, where the RENZI army have settled in. And from Retsubo, the army and their descendants have spread across the island.

This Renzilian province is known for:

- Its harbor where other creatures can come in and visit Renzielias (Ovsunlus, Serhlis, Merpeople, and the like)

- Where Oubre Invasion refugees ran away and settled into

- The Hachario Agency's birthplace
