If you break any of these I will be more hesitant on selling designs etc to you, and will be black listed eventually if any of these are continuously broken.

Design TOS

- all my designs require a TH profile, please don't remove, etc

- redesigning is completely fine, no need to ask for permission

- getting inspired, color picking, etc etc is completely ok

- designs cannot be resold for more than what they had been bought for unless extra content such as art is added that increases the character's worth

emphasis on this one since it makes me extremely uncomfortable esp when it’s done without permission. 
 - please do not directly edit or change my art, this includes drawing over, recoloring, etc on my art
