Do not submit your MYO until it is approved by Hell/Catie or one of the Mods, here is a form to fill out when you wish to send your MYO !

✦Iwanabi Design/Reference: (the picture you want uploaded to the masterlist, this may be changed again in the future.)
✦Designer: (If you are the designer, please mention your DA and/or TH username. If you are not the designer, please mention their DA/TH username.)
✦Current Owner: (the current owner of the design, state your/their DA and/or TH username)
✦MYO Slot Proof/Approval: (a screenshot of where you got the MYO slot OR when the design got approved, if you got the MYO from Catie/The other mods just remove this part !)

Whether or not you have submitted the form Catie/The mods will submit them to avoid any confusion, the form is just something if you want to fill it out manually!
