KaiArtz Adoptable/Character Selling TOS! Don’t be an asshole. Buying from me binds you to these rules and I have the right to update or change them whenever I feel like it.

General Rules/Guidelines

• Feel free to change aspects of the design(gender, body type, colours, accessories, species, etc)
• Do not change any of my artwork.(any changes must be made on NEW art)
• Regardless of if you’ve edited the design, i need to be credited as the initial creator, and my artwork needs to be credited.
• Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes-draw your own art, or commission some from someone else for that.
• I do not give out PSD files.
• I only sell adoptables on the following sites under the following names/ids. if you are seeing my designs for sale(or an ad link to) elsewhere, it's a scam and you do not own that character if you buy it.

Resale/Trading

• You are free to resell the character, but not for more than you paid(unless there is extra artwork!)
• You MUST tell me who the new character owner is so i can update my files.
• DO NOT sell or trade to anyone I have blocked/blacklisted.
• You can not sell characters or artwork obtained via trade or gift.

Purchase Info

• Do not Bid or Claim if you cannot pay.
• No Refunds.
• Payments will be processed via Paypal Invoice, in USD, or through Ko-fi
• I will hold if asked, but not for longer than 7 days :3
• If payment doesn’t come through in the allotted time, the design rights come back to me and I am free to put it back up for sale!
