Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Iridescent Shards

Welcome to a strange, pokemon filled world, home to many towns, landmarks, and most imprtantly, Mystery Dungeons; mysterious and dangerous locations where everything is contantly shifting, and home to both treasure and pokemon. These dungeons can vary in shape and size, some being small caves, where others are massive forests. Many teams of Pokemon delve into there dungeons, some seeking treasure, while others to save pokemon who have become lost in the mazes of these ever-changing locations.
There is often talk of humans who have become pokemon in this world, and the adventures they have; however, this is not one of those stories. This is a tale of four exploration teams, otherworldly bounty hunters, strange relics, and most importantly, a plauge of crystals that has begun to infect legendary pokemon.

Side Characters
Rescue Teams
Focus on taking on jobs where a pokemon is in trouble or in need of rescue
Exploration Teams
The jack-of-all-trades. Takes on both Bounty and Rescue missions, as well a standard exploration.
Treasure Hunters
Explores dungeons in hopes of finding rare treasures, exotic relics, or even just valuable things worth selling. May take on jobs, but only if the reward is good
Bounty Hunters
Takes bounties almost exclusively, as the name would suggest, though may take on rescue missions.
Outlaws
As the name suggests, they are criminals, though severity of crimes may vary. They're not usually registered teams, so them owning an authentic team badge is rare.

A teams fame, reflected by the jewel color in the center of the team badge. (Ranks are based on PMD2/Exploration Ranks)

Legendary Relics
Powerful relics said to have been created by and tied to legendary pokemon, though some legendaries share a single relic. These relics are sought after by teams and individuals of all skills, though how they are found varies. Some say a legendary must find one worthy, while others say they are found at the depths of some of the most dangerous mystery dungeons. Those who do possess one of these relics are often seen with respect.
Mystery Dungeons
Unusual Locations that are known for a phenomenon that results in a constant shifting of the landscape, though static locations within these dungeonsare not overly uncommon. They take various forms, with the most common being forests and caves.
