OTA Characters
The characters in this folder are OTAs, which stands for Offer to Adopt.
These will usually consist of OCs that I have won from raffles that I don't use, but that I still would prefer to have some payment before giving them to anyone.
do NOT offer on characters with a ♥ before their name!! the others are fair game, but i will be extremely picky!
you can offer, but will be tentative to accept
