For anyone that follow me for auctions, many know i normally would redirect to my DA since Ive grown used to organizing them on there compared to twitter or TH.... with the big debacle the other day ive honestly grown tired of DA's recent updates and new features... and i dont really feel so comfortable with posting my work there
Yes I am aware that DA has "fixed" the situation and has added more clarification/changes to their original launch of Dreamup along with implementing the things we asked for (mass opt-out, and opt-out by default) but it honestly was a very stressful day. Im still still not sure if id fully deactivate since sadly DA is such a big player in the adopt community but i wish to work to having to not rely on being on there so much.
As of now i am migrating to having my discord server be my main hub for adopts and art content. My server will be the first to get any posts about my work or designs. (there is also exclusive channels for early access members too). Any auctions i do will most likely be exclusively on my server now.
Other notes:
- I will be still posting other sites like TH. However, I've not been very active anywhere else compared to TH and DA(former) so Discord will probs be the best place to stay up to date with any new events from me moving forward.
- adopts will still be uploaded here but things like auctions will be on discord only.

Some general PSA's, lately these things have been brought to my attention so i will be using this post to address both.
- In light of this PSA, I've updated my TOS to cover such matter in regards to blockchain/EN-EFF-TEES/AI spaces.
- My work and any form or part of it may NOT be used for any blockchain-related technology ( i.e. NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space ).
- You may not reproduce or alter the image in any way, no matter how unrecognizable it may become, for use in any NFT related purposes. No derivatives of the commissioned piece may be made into/minted/sold as NFT.
- This also applies to any designs/commissions in the past and future from the artist to any and all clients.
- My work and any form or part of it may NOT be used for any blockchain-related technology ( i.e. NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space ).
- This has been a part of my TOS for a while now but i would like to emphasize that please do not resell any of my designs for more than you originally paid for. (UNLESS there is extra art included that). This is just a given and is not fair to other buyers. If you do not remember how much you purchased a design for (and you cant find it via Paypal Transaction History, TH transfer log or through the original sale/auction post ), you are always free to contact me.
- If I am given evidence that you have tried upselling I will be automatically blacklisting you. Any designs currently in your ownership will be listed in my closed folder with a warning for buyers AND there will also be an official price for the public's reference.
- If you were able to gain ownership of any character marked with a warning in my closed folder OR by a user that is on my blacklist, please contact me with proof so I can update the design's status.
- Though this isn't too big of an issue, please do not copy my adopt layouts 1:1, especially if the layout is not made into a public template for others to use (F2U/P2U). Im okay with others taking inspiration from them, however please avoid creating a complete copy of my non-public layouts as it might confuse the audience.
