"Other OCs" is a category of OCs who once had their own stories, but lost them through the years. However, they were interesting enough to stick around so they weren't deleted. Nowadays they are waiting to be repurposed for a new story.
"DND OCs" on the other hand were solely made for a DND campaign. Hopefully, there will be more of them in the future! ^w^
