WTA freebies! Please PM entries to Waltz.

Give some small background/role/idea for the character. Name, personality, occupation, setting, etc are all optional ideas! You do not have to keep the names I've attached to them, if any. In fact, I will give preference to entries that do not use the name and story I have given. I'm not looking for people to rehash my ideas.

No more than 1-2 paragraphs, please! A bulleted list counts as its own paragraph! You don't need to write too much, really! I'm judging by how interesting/original the idea is, not how much you write! 

There is no deadline for completing these, and it is not FCFS! I will gift characters to suitable owners when I read an idea that strikes me.

(I reserve the right to remove some from folder or gift some privately at any time. Also please be sure you actually want/will use them! I want them to find a better home than me. And of course, these can only be regifted, not used as trade fodder. If there are any here that you previously gifted to me though, please feel free to ask for them back!)
