The year is 2060, and humans and Claws have been living in harmony for a century after their long-lasting war ended, resulting in the creation of the biggest and most advanced city, Kosmos City, as a symbol of peace. Although both groups coexist peacefully, some individuals are troubled by this acceptance. REKA (Ranger Elite of Kosmos Academy), a large organization founded during the early days of Kosmos City, specializes in taking action against anyone who attempts to break the bond between the two groups. Both humans and Claws are welcome to join the academy and work hard to become skilled Rangers, fighting for peace, justice, and to prevent another devastating war.
